On Sunday, 9th November 2025, the Sudanese Women of Peace
(SWOP)
organisation successfully conducted a Leadership Training for members of the Sudanese community, both nationally and internationally.

The training covered four key topics: Time
Management
, Confidentiality, Professional Boundaries, and Leadership Skills. Each session included an engaging presentation followed by open discussions, allowing participants to share experiences, ask questions, and reflect on how to apply these skills within their personal and professional lives.

The primary goal of the training was to enhance participants’ knowledge and understanding of effective leadership, equipping them with practical tools to develop and strengthen their leadership capabilities.

The session was highly successful, with attendees demonstrating great enthusiasm and active participation throughout. The interactive discussions fostered collaboration and a sense of shared learning among participants.

At the conclusion of the training, all attendees were awarded certificates of completion in recognition of their participation and commitment to personal and community development.

Overall, the SWOP Leadership Training was a resounding success, contributing significantly to the empowerment and capacity-building of Sudanese community members across various regions.
