Fathia Elbushary is a highly motivated and community-focused professional with extensive experience in social work, refugee support, and peace-building initiatives. As the Founder and President of Sudanese Women of Peace (SWOP), she leads programmes that empower women and promote community cohesion, alongside contributing as a peace delegate in United Nations discussions on Sudan. With a strong background in support work, case management, and cultural advocacy, she has worked with organisations such as Julian House, Mirus, and the British Red Cross to support vulnerable individuals and communities. Fathia holds a degree in Agricultural Economics and has achieved post graduate degree in Sustainable rural development in Ahfad university in Omdurman has , leadership, and organisational skills, complemented by her fluency in English and Arabic. Passionate about making a positive impact, she is committed to continuous learning and fostering inclusive, resilient communities
